Hybrid / In-Person Classes
2025 will start with a deep dive into inner child work with help from Ramaa's book, The Yoga of Self-Love. We will cover the book in 10 classes spread over 3 sessions (3 weeks + 3 weeks + 4 weeks.) Each week we will take up a topic covered in the book, apply it to our own stories, do the inner work exercises, and so much more!

Daytime and Evening Options:
7:00pm-8:30pm CST (Wednesday evenings on Zoom only)
10:00am-11:30am CST (Thursday mornings - Zoom only in Jan and Feb, and later in-person + Zoom**)
**In-Person/Zoom: During the months of January and February, due to Ramaa’s travel plans, Thursday mornings will be over Zoom only. Starting in March, Ramaa will lead the Thursday class at Karma Collective Yoga at 742 12th Street, Wilmette, IL - offering both in-person and over Zoom (our hybrid model.)
