Each week we will reflect on the polarities that shape our lives—life and death, abundance and scarcity, pride and shame, and so on. Through deep discussions, teachings, and experiential exercises, we will move towards the center and open ourselves to the gifts from both. Zoom links will be sent a day prior to starting. Sessions will be recorded and shared through a class page. ​

Formerly titled The Rainbow Ladder, this course is a deep dive into self-inquiry through the Chakra System of the East. Each week, we will focus on a different plane of awareness, exploring its themes through discussion, guided meditation, and reflective exercises. An audio recording of the sessions will be shared through a class page. ​
